It forms the basis for a trusting relationship with all users of our websites, and with this privacy policy, we aim to provide you with transparent information about the storage and use of your data. Data processing is carried out in accordance with the requirements of the GDPR and national data protection laws (in particular the BDSG). By using our websites and filling out online forms, you consent to the storage and use of your provided personal data by us according to the following principles. We only collect personal data about you that you voluntarily provide, for example, when placing orders through our forms. Only the information necessary for the processing of the relevant transaction is designated as mandatory. Any additional information beyond this can be provided on a purely voluntary basis.

Data processing when visiting our website

You can visit our website and gather information without having to provide personal details. However, when you visit our site, your browser sends information to the server of our website. This includes the IP address of the requesting computer, date and time of access, name and URL of the accessed file, the referrer URL, as well as the browser used and, if applicable, the operating system of your computer and the name of your access provider. This processing is carried out for the purpose of establishing a smooth connection to our website, facilitating comfortable use of the site, evaluating system security and stability, and for administrative purposes.

The legal basis for this processing is Art. 6(1) sentence 1 lit. f) GDPR. Our legitimate interest arises from the purposes of data collection listed here. Under no circumstances do we use the data collected to draw conclusions about your person.

The data will be deleted as soon as they are no longer necessary for the purpose of their collection. In the case of data collected to provide the website, this occurs when the respective session is terminated. The log files are automatically deleted by the system. We do not store the data beyond this. The collection of data to provide our website and the storage of data in log files are essential for the operation of the website. Consequently, there is no option to object for you.

The legal basis for this processing is your consent according to Art. 6(1) sentence 1 lit. a) GDPR.

Additionally, we are also reachable via our social media pages, for which the privacy policies of the respective social network apply. If you contact or communicate with us through such social networks, the data processing will be carried out in accordance with the applicable data protection policies of the social network and supplemented by this privacy policy. The legal basis for this processing is your consent according to Art. 6(1) sentence 1 lit. a) GDPR.

Registration for a Ticket Shop

If you wish to register in our ticket shop and use the provided form for that purpose, you will be transmitting various personal data to us. These mainly include the following data:

Registration of our users is necessary for basic access to purchase our products and services in the ticket shop. This information is stored in the company's own IT system. The legal basis for this processing is the contract between you and us, according to Art. 6(1) sentence 1 lit. b) GDPR.

At the time of registration, the following additional data is also stored:

The legal basis for the collection of the IP address as well as the date and time is our legitimate interest in enabling the detection and prevention of misuse, according to Art. 6(1) sentence 1 lit. f) GDPR.

Ordering in the Ticket Shop or via a Call Center operated by us

On our website as well as through call centers operated by us, you can order tickets. In doing so, you must provide us with various personal data that we require for the proper processing of your order.

These data include:

The information marked with * must be provided mandatorily. Providing additional data is voluntary. You can revoke the provision of voluntarily provided data at any time without stating reasons.

The legal basis for this processing of your personal data is, according to Art. 6(1) sentence 1 lit. b) GDPR, the purchase contract concluded between you and us. The legal basis for processing data that is not mandatory in the order process is consent according to Art. 6(1) sentence 1 lit. a GDPR.

The data will be deleted as soon as they are no longer necessary for the purpose of their collection. This is the case for data collected to fulfill a contract or to carry out pre-contractual measures when the data is no longer required for the execution of the contract. However, even after the contract has been concluded, there may be a need to store personal data from you as a contractual partner to fulfill our contractual or legal obligations.

Payment Services

As part of the processing of our contractual relationships and orders via our ticket shops, we use various external payment service providers. Except for payment methods such as direct debit and invoice, you will be redirected by our ticket shop to the website of the respective external payment service provider to process the payment, where you will need to enter your data in the payment dialog. We subsequently only receive an automated feedback indicating whether the payment amount transmitted by our ticket shop to your chosen payment service provider has been paid or a payment has been declined. We do not receive any further data, especially your banking details, in this context. Since we have no influence on the data processing by our external payment service providers, we ask you as our users to also consider the respective data protection conditions of the payment service providers.

In the case of payment methods such as invoice or direct debit, your account details (account number, IBAN, BIC, bank institution, and account holder, if provided) will be communicated to us so that we can process the payment.

The processing of the data transmitted by your payment service provider or you to us is necessary to fulfill the contract concluded with you. The legal basis is therefore Art. 6(1) sentence 1 lit. b GDPR.

Payment data stored by us is encrypted and anonymized and deleted after the contractual relationship has been processed in compliance with statutory retention periods.

Interest-based Advertising

You can consent to the use of your data for interesting advertising purposes. In this case, we process the following data:

We only process the data marked with * if they are necessary for the specific advertising material and covered by your consent. If you consent to advertising via telephone (SMS or phone call), we naturally do not process your email address in connection with the marketing measures, and vice versa.

We process your data in this context solely for the purpose of sending written and/or electronic advertising information. The legal basis for data usage is Art. 6(1) sentence 1 lit. a) GDPR. You can revoke your consent to the storage of the data, the email address, and their use for sending advertising information at any time, for example by phone/email/fax. In the event of revocation, we will block your corresponding contact details for marketing purposes. The processing of your contact data for contract processing remains unaffected by this.

Contest

If you participate in one of our contests, you provide us with personal data (first and last name, email address, sales channel, and any other data mentioned in the contest terms and conditions). We process this data solely for the proper conduct of the contests and, if applicable, to contact you in case of winning. The legal basis for data processing is the contest contract according to Art. 6(1) sentence 1 lit. b) GDPR. Without providing the data, you cannot participate in the contest. Your data will be deleted after the end of the contest and, if applicable, after contacting the winner unless legal or statutory obligations require further storage. Participation in a contest is voluntary. You can revoke the provision of voluntarily provided data at any time without stating reasons.

Disclosure to Third Parties

We only disclose your personal data to third parties if there is a legal obligation to do so, if it is necessary to enforce our rights, especially to enforce claims arising from the contractual relationship, or to fulfill our contractual obligations, or if you have expressly consented.

In addition, we disclose your data to third parties to the extent necessary for the use of the website and contract processing, especially for processing your orders, handling your purchases, delivering your ordered products, and their payment, for providing the services you requested, especially for attending events, analyzing your user behavior, and for the service providers supporting us. As we sometimes act on behalf of third parties (organizers), especially as ticket sellers and brokers, we also disclose data to them.

If we involve external service providers in data processing, we have also ensured that they are selected and controlled in compliance with legal requirements and are also obligated to comply with data protection laws and regulations. Furthermore, no further disclosure of your data takes place.

Automated Decision Making

Your personal data is not used for profiling or automated decision-making on our website.

Deletion of Your Data

We do not store your data longer than absolutely necessary and only within the framework of legal storage and retention obligations. The data will be deleted as soon as it is no longer necessary to achieve the purpose of its collection.

Regarding all data processing based on your consent (e.g., sending newsletters), we delete your data as soon as you have revoked your consent to us, unless legal or statutory obligations require further storage.
